Dr. Garrett realized medicine was her calling while on a mission trip to Guatemala with her church's youth group. She loves the continuity of care she performs as an internist, and the emphasis on preventive medicine. Dr. Garrett loves the challenge of a broad scope of practice and strives to be an expert in adult primary care. She lives in Midlothian with her husband and two golden retrievers. She enjoys free time with her family, traveling, swimming and playing with her dogs.
